Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping notification with your Royal Mail 48 Tracked tracking details.
Shipping Method
We ship all orders via Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked service. You’ll be able to track your parcel every step of the way.
Missing Parcels
Once your parcel has been handed over to Royal Mail, we are not responsible for any delays or issues with delivery. If your parcel goes missing, please contact Royal Mail directly using the tracking information provided in your shipping email.
🔍 Order Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update and reflect your parcel’s movement.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, don’t worry — reach out to us at info@raymondspantry.com with your name and order number, and we’ll happily investigate.
